$3M Seed Fuels Revenue Erosion Prediction

Luster raised a $3M seed round, and has secured $5M in total funding as a female co-founded business.

This is not only a win because of the small fraction of VC dollars that go to women, but also because of the market’s conviction in what we are building.

We have unlocked, for the first time, the capability to predict revenue erosion before it occurs, and of course correct. The landscape for how sales teams achieve success will be forever improved.

Redesigned UI Powers 2.5M Secure Devices

ZeroTier’s biggest tech win of 2025 was all about making networking easier, faster, and more intuitive than ever.

We rolled out the new Central for ZeroTier One, giving many of the platform’s 2.5 million connected devices a sleek new look, smoother onboarding, and faster performance.

The redesigned UI and UX strip away clutter, streamline navigation, and put key actions front and center – making network management practically effortless.

Under the hood, improved performance tracking supports functionality, along with smart recommendations to optimize connectivity and efficiency.

ZeroTier Central also features the building blocks for our Relationship-Based Access Control (ReBAC) model, giving users tighter, context-aware security.
The ReBAC security model is based on how people, devices, and resources are connected, reflecting how real organizations actually work.

With this release, ZeroTier makes it easier for people to simply and securely connect their networks while reducing the attack surface for hackers.

Friendly App Fights NYC Loneliness Offline

After successful trials and further rigorous, real-world sociological study, we launched the Friendly Together app in New York City in 2025 which, according to her research, is “one of the loneliest cities on earth.”

Our first big success was our launch party in October, where over 200 people came together to celebrate the app and connect in person, learning how to use the app’s interface and explaining our mission to be friendly together.

Since launch, we’ve hosted several in-person events through the app and successfully used the tech to bring people off their phones to meet, connect, and belong.

Unified Platform Streamlines Enterprise Patching

In 2025, Recast delivered a major leap forward in how enterprises manage endpoints by unifying patching, application deployment, and compliance workflows into a single, intelligent product.

This drove measurable customer outcomes, including reduced patch latency, streamlined IT operations, and stronger security postures.

This achievement was possible through a strategic investment in unifying the platform and enhancing automation features, which streamlined processes and improved efficiency.

Recast’s deep partnership with Microsoft ecosystem teams played a crucial role, accelerating product delivery and ensuring solutions were closely aligned with customer needs in areas like security, patching speed, and reporting.

Tight collaboration among product, engineering, and customer success teams also drove this progress, enabling rapid iteration on real-world problems and delivering tangible value to enterprise clients.

Beginner IT Blog Monetizes with Trust

In 2025, my biggest win in the tech space was successfully launching and monetizing my IT blog at ithardsoftwaresupport blog, which gives computer troubleshooting tips and significantly increased engagement.

The key driver behind this success was a strategic focus on creating high-value, beginner-friendly IT content that directly addresses common computer problems and software solutions.

By combining actionable troubleshooting guides with clear calls to action for software tools, I not only educated my audience but also guided them toward practical solutions, creating trust and repeat visits.

Consistent promotion across multiple social platforms amplified reach and established a reliable presence in the IT support niche.

This win reinforced the power of targeted content and audience-centric strategy in building both credibility and measurable business growth.

EaZyHold Earns Textbook Assistive Tech Spotlight

This year, Mellin Works LLC dba EaZyHold’s biggest tech-business win was being featured in the 9th edition of Pedretti’s Occupational Therapy- Practice Skills for Physical Dysfunction, a leading textbook in occupational therapy.

The EaZyHold Universal Cuff is pictured as an example of assistive tech for self-care and daily-living activities.

For me, originally trained as a costume designer, and pivoting to designing adaptive devices after an injury to my hands, it marked a major academic recognition and a huge company milestone.

It validated how simple, low-tech solutions can have an outsized impact.

How a small company’s universally designed assistive tools can influence clinical practice, rehabilitation, and daily living worldwide.

Along with our previous inclusions: Pediatric Hand Therapy, Produto Assertivo, Taiwan’s Fundamentals in Assistive Technology further underscore our products’ global relevance.

Technology doesn’t need to be complex to be transformative/ well-designed; human-centered simplicity can reshape accessibility, enabling independence on a global scale.

AI Analytics Cut Supply Costs 35%

In 2025, our biggest tech business win was the successful integration of AI-powered predictive analytics into our supply chain, leading to a 35% reduction in operational costs.

This achievement stemmed from a strategic decision to invest heavily in AI-driven tools back in 2023, despite resistance from stakeholders who viewed it as high risk.

By training our team extensively and partnering with data scientists, we not only streamlined inventory management but also improved delivery timelines by 20%.

My background in supply chain optimization, coupled with over a decade of experience in implementing cutting-edge logistics technologies, allowed me to lead this initiative with confidence and deliver measurable results.

Internal VLMs Drive Warehouse Efficiency

Our biggest tech win in 2025 came from applying our own automation inside our North American warehouse and committing to operate it the same way our customers do.

Instead of treating technology as a demo concept, we used it to solve real constraints like labor availability, space utilization, throughput consistency, and inventory accuracy.

Specifically, we’re using Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) in our warehouse for maximum efficiency without expanding headcount.

This approach has sharpened our decision-making.

Running our own systems daily gives teams clearer insight into what works in practice, how people interact with technology, and where incremental changes deliver the most value.

We can, in turn, pass those learnings onto our customers.

AI Insights Predict Lifestyle Trends Early

Our biggest tech win in 2025 was integrating AI-driven consumer insights with content production, allowing us to anticipate lifestyle trends before they hit the mainstream.

By doubling down on data and editorial collaboration, we outpaced our competitors in both audience growth and advertising ROI.

The decision to invest early in proprietary analytics, rather than relying solely on generic tools, gave us a sharper view of what readers truly craved and empowered us to act on those signals with targeted, high-impact content.

On behalf of the Techronicler community of readers, we thank these leaders and experts for taking the time to share valuable insights that stem from years of experience and in-depth expertise in their respective niches.
